Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and packages. Design and organize personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements with suppliers and service providers. Assist clients with travel inquiries, changes, and issues before and during their trips. Handle unforeseen travel disruptions such as cancellations or delays. Promote and upsell travel products, packages, and upgrades. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and deals to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies. Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and industry updates. Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, airlines, and tourism boards. Key Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and booking systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
