Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION Candidates will be responsible to handle the queries and requests from the customer and help them with the flight and car rental bookings & PNR Updating. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handle inbound and outbound travel queries related to flight and car rentals. Utilize Amadeus GDS for booking, re-issuance, and cancellations. Provide end-to-end travel assistance with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ensure accuracy in bookings and adhere to process and compliance standards. Maintain service levels in a rotational shift setup. ELIGIBILITY- Minimum 2 years of experience using Amadeus GDS (certificate not mandatory). Strong communication skills with C1 or B2 level English proficiency. Prior experience handling flight and car rental reservations. Willingness to work rotational shifts and 5.5 days a week.
