Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive/Manager to manage and oversee travel arrangements for employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all bookings, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining smooth travel operations. Key Responsibilities: Travel Arrangements: Manage all flight bookings and ensure reservations are made at the best possible rates. Arrange hotel accommodations as per company policy, prioritizing the guest house availability. Ensure seamless coordination of travel for employees, executives, and management. Booking & Payment Process: Receive all travel requests through the dedicated Travel Desk . Confirm bookings and share travel details with concerned employees. Ensure all air ticket payments are directly processed by the company. Cost Control & Approval Process: Adhere to company-approved travel budgets and negotiate best prices with vendors. Follow a two-level escalation matrix : MIS & Reporting: Generate and maintain monthly MIS reports on travel expenses. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize travel costs. Vendor Management & Compliance: Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines. Key Requirements: Experience: 1+ years of experience in corporate travel management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Skills: Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office tools.
