This role involves managing outbound tour sales, guiding a team of travel consultants, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales targets. 3 to 5+ years of experience in outbound travel sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Prior experience in a team leader, supervisor, or senior sales consultant role in the travel industry.Extensive knowledge of international travel destinations, visa processes, and tour planning.Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
