Executive will be responsible for driving sales in our company by promoting travel packages, services, and solutions to clients. The role requires a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships, close deals, and contribute to the growth of the companys revenue in the travel industry. Sales & Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and cold calling. Promote and sell travel products and services such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and travel insurance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management. Customer Relationship Management: Provide personalized travel consultations and recommendations to clients based on their preferences, budget, and needs. Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries. Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor travel trends, industry developments, and competitors to stay ahead in the market. Identify new sales leads and explore untapped markets to expand the client base. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to obtain competitive pricing and terms. Close sales deals, process payments, and ensure timely delivery of travel services. Travel Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news. Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and events to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Knowledge of travel destinations, services, and travel-related software (e.g., GDS systems). Personal Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
