Job Title: Senior Executive – Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Work Area: Chennai Destinations: Bali & Thailand Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with travel agents and tour operators in Chennai Generate leads and travel queries from the assigned region Conduct regular sales visits and tele-calling to nurture and grow agent relationships Expand the company's database and increase market share in Chennai Motivate and support agents to increase business volume Serve as a key link between agents and the Operations team, facilitating successful booking closures Analyze local market trends to support product development tailored to regional preferences Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads in coordination with the Operations team Identify and onboard new agents to strengthen the company’s presence in the region Ensure collection of payments from agents prior to travel Deliver destination training and presentations to agents for product awareness Submit daily sales reports (DSR) to the management Recommend new initiatives to boost regional sales Show more Show less
