The Position : The Global Treasury Analyst reports to the Global Treasury Manager based out of Navi Mumbai and works closely with the Corporate HQ Finance team based out of New York. Key Responsibilities: Cash Management: Assisting in preparation Cash Flow Forecast ( Both short term and long term) Educating markets and supporting them with respect to usage of treasury management system (Trovata) Partnering with Country treasury leads and CFOs to analyze their weekly / monthly reporting and forecasting for management reviews Reporting & Reconciliations: Assist in preparing monthly treasury reports and variance analysis Upgrade cash forecasting reports for better visibility to drive data-driven decision making by the management Support in r econciling bank accounts and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records Build and document global cash management policies Accounting Manager Requirements: CA / MBA / CMA / Inter-CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience Experience in working with a MNC in cash management / treasury function Understanding of foreign exchange, investment, and financing activities Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) t o analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of reports. Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with all levels in the organization. Communication is a critical skill. Needs to effectively communicate across multiple markets and levels of the organization in English. Self-motivated to identify problems and initiate actions to fix them.
