Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Documentation: Prepare and organize essential documents to facilitate fundraising efforts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage the execution of necessary documentation following lender sanctions, streamlining the process for efficient financial operations. Treasury Operations: Handle all treasury-related work, including cash flow management and fund allocation. Assist in raising funds and liaise with financial institutions for funding requirements. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in conducting financial analysis and generating reports to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform budgeting and financial planning. Compliance & Record Maintenance: Maintain precise financial records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. Support audit processes, including documentation preparation and coordination with auditors. Coordination & Team Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations. Provide support to the treasury team in day-to-day activities and financial planning initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Inter-level CA or equivalent experience in finance/treasury. Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
