Perform calculations and initial analysis. Forecast accuracy and actuals. Retained Activities: Treasury makes liquidity forecast and manages the liquidity headroom: Create the 13-week liquidity forecast based on local market forecasts and the long term 12-month liquidity forecast Validation of forecasts Present the findings to the CFO and Treasury and send the report to bank and CFO monthly Prepare Treasury reporting Treasury prepares and executes specific reports:Create the 13-week liquidity forecast Prepare the monthly bank report (e.g., guarantees) Financial items spec. Treasury reporting. Retained Activities: Treasury prepares and executes specific reports: Provide ad-hoc reporting to the CFO Support the commercial team with currency planning rates Manage OTB payments (purchase frame in Business Finance) Conduct ad-hoc exercises for Procurement Manage intercompany loans Maintain overview of loans Retained Activities: Manage the cash pool (to be determined in Cash Management), intercompany loans, director loans, and deposits (not in the cash pool) Make, negotiate, and renew agreements Set interest rates Analyse loans (especially joint ventures) Perform daily cash management and settlements Approve intercompany transactions (loans, deposits, cash pool, dividends etc.) Approve weekly payments and make payment overview for CFO to approve Define a list of "key" payments based on recommendations CFO approves payments for the coming week Inform the AP team that the payments can be performed
