Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in the banking and financial industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Boolean searches, screening resumes, and have heavy technical knowledge. This role requires experience in sourcing candidates for Information Technology roles such as Java Developer, Full Stack Developer, Frontend Developer, .Net Developer, and Functional roles like Business Analyst, Program Manager, Project Manager. Additionally, expertise in sourcing for banking roles such as AML Analyst, Loan Processor, Loan Administrator, as well as senior positions like Vice President and Senior Vice President, is essential.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand business needs within the banking and financial industry.- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques.- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.- Source and recruit candidates with experience in banking and financial sectors, specifically those with backgrounds at institutions like Citibank, Bank of America, Capital One, JPMC, Wells Fargo.- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.- Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize the recruitment process.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, specifically working on the banking and financial clients- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, particularly Boolean searches.- Must have well versed in pulling the resumes from job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Linkedin RPS, Indeed, and other social networking, Digital and internet tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) LIke BullHorn and or Ceipal or Job Diva and recruitment software.- Experience sourcing for IT roles (Java Developer, Full Stack Developer, Frontend Developer, .Net Developer) and functional roles (Business Analyst, Program Manager, Project Manager).- Familiarity with banking roles (AML Analyst, Loan Processor, Loan Administrator) and senior positions (Vice President, Senior Vice President).Preferred Skills:- Prior experience working with banking or financial institutions like Citibank, Bank of America, Capital One, JPMC, Wells Fargo.- Certification in Linkedin AND/OR any HR or recruitment related field Join our team and contribute to our mission of attracting and retaining top talent in the banking and financial industry!
