Ability tosolve problems using technical knowledge and taking care of all heating, ventilation, andair conditioning (HVAC) needs.Responsibilities• Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems.• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels.• Capable of using tools and machines.• Keeping client engineering and maintenance teams informed about TRTTechnologies LLP energy saving measures, to build our brand value.• Vendors and Subcontractors: Coordinating with vendors and contractors on site asneeded to execute works.• Submitting hard copies of TRT Technologies LLP invoices to the right peopleimmediately when received.• Coordinate with engineering team and obtain drawing approvals from thecustomer and Architect.• Detailed knowledge of VRF systems and ability to understand and solve all kind oferror code for HVAC systems.• Submit all reports to the Management team from site.The Person• An Excellent attention to detail and good communication skill.Education and Industry Exposure• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.• Freshers or Some experience with operations and maintenance of any kind of airconditioning systems like Split Air Conditioner, Ductable Air Conditioners, PackagedAir Conditioner, Cassette AC, VRF AC etc.• Capable of making basic energy calculations• Basic computer skills (Web Search, Email, Word, Excel, Power Point) includingdocument preparation.• Communication: Must speak English or Hindi (preferably both) and the local languagespoken at their site location.

1. Attend customer complaints and resolve the same1. Attend the customer services calls2. Add the below details in the Excel - Date, Invoice No, Company name, address, area, Item Name, Technicians assigned, status, complaint type, problem and update 3. Ensure that the technician is assigned, complaints are resolved and update the status.4. The updates to be shared in WhatsApp group 2. Lead entry in excel1. Details of AMC and sales lead needs to be added in the group. 3. Overall customer history to be maintained in the excel1. Below customer details to be maintained in excel regularly – - Sales- AMC- Service/Complaint - reports- Receipts- Ledger Balance- Warranty details- Sales return 4.Customer relationship building1. Share birthday and anniversary greetings and gifts to A, B, C category customers2. Ensure google feedback is received from the customers 5. Data management 1. Ensure that the entire details are received from the field team regarding sales or services2. Follow up from the team and customer on missing details (missing data to be added within 24 hours) 7.Feedback forms for services given to be maintained1. Ensure the service forms are filled by the customers immediately after the services are given by the technicians2. Add the service form details in excel 8.Maintain the TRT AMC file and update the data.Yearly AMC records to be maintained mainly for below –- TRT AMC- MEQ AMC 9Outstanding calls.- Share the standard message of O/S dues to all the customers- 20 - 25 calls daily on the list of O/S dues and ask for payments- Collect monthly payments and other small payments through QR code.
