If the file is received from sales, then firstly check in FRM mail and CRM.When all documents are clear then we start discussion according to customer requirement.After discussion login/mail file.When login / mail done if banker query is there, we try to resolve in same dayThen PD/ Verification of customer, explain how to give PD.After PD, Call to banker for final deal.If deal is OK, then we go for agreement (Online/ Offline)We take follow up till amount credit in customers bank account.
