Job Title: FG Stores & Dispatch Associate Company: Tulsi Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. Location: Talawade, Pune Department: Stores & Dispatch Reporting To: PPC Head & MDJob Summary:Tulsi Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized FG Stores & Dispatch Associate to manage the storage and dispatch of finished goods (FG) efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and following standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse and logistics functions. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the storage, handling, and movement of finished goods in the warehouse.Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock reconciliation and regular audits.Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to schedule and execute dispatch plans as per customer requirements.Prepare dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills, ensuring compliance with company policies.Monitor and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) & FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory control practices.Work closely with transporters and logistics providers to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of goods to customers.Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, updating ERP/software systems accordingly.Ensure compliance with customer dispatch schedules and resolve any shipment-related issues promptly.Assist in packing, labeling, and loading activities, ensuring proper handling and minimizing damages.Track and report dispatch performance, inventory variances, and stock discrepancies to the management.Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and quality management standards within the warehouse.Support annual stock audits and cycle counting activities. Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: Diploma / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: 3-7 years of experience in stores and dispatch operations within a rubber, automotive, or manufacturing industry.Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP, SAP, Tally, etc.).Strong understanding of logistics, dispatch planning, and warehouse operations.Experience in handling OEM customer dispatch schedules and ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice).Basic knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and transport documentation.Ability to coordinate with transporters, production, and quality teams for smooth dispatch operations.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle dispatch-related issues effectively.
