Job Description

Responsibilities Lead and manage the mechanical turbine operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity in turbine systems. Oversee maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to turbine operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all mechanical turbine activities. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance the skill set of the team members. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions for process optimization. Coordinate with external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to support project delivery and maintenance activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals on mechanical turbine operations for senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Show more Show less
