Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, and analysis of advanced technology gas turbine blades considering cost, performance, operability and reliability. Design, develop, test, and analyze advanced technology gas turbine components and systems considering cost, performance, operability, reliability, and emissions working as a member of a design team. Lead the design, development, testing, and analysis of advanced technology gas turbine components and systems considering cost, performance, operability, reliability, and emissions. Provide area leadership for all quality topics including timely dispositions of non-conformances, QMS compliance including internal audits, and achieving cell goals for quality metrics. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications against physical parts to investigate non-conformances and effectively document and communicate findings. Requirements- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field. Software Proficiency: ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, CATIA V5, ICEM, Tecplot, Origin. Knowledge of Codes & Standards: Basic understanding of ASME, API, and other relevant industry standards. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze mechanical components under different loading conditions. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in mechanical design, stress analysis, or power plant equipment development is preferred.
