Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1. Operation of TG/Boiler in shift activities 2. Knowledge on TG operation, Cooling Tower, ACW/MCW Pumps, Oil Circuit, Basic Boiler operation, TG/Boiler DCS operation, Shift reports, 3. Emergency trouble shooting in Elect system LT/HT.Breaker Operation ,Single Line Diagram, Switch yard etc 4. Managing TG shift activities independently 5. Handling manpower in the shift. 6. Operating TG through DCS 7. Provide predictive and preventative maintenance support to all maintenance crew and record equipment maintenance history. 8. Conduct field round, check equipment and address abnormalities if any 9. Ensure that all maintenance activities as per plan within the approved budget. Ensure best practices are applied. 10. Plan, obtain sanction and execute Capex, focus improvement and one-off activities towards improvement in the areas of product, process improvements, maintenance reliability & cost reduction 11. Responsible for development and implementation of effective programs for training employees 12. Actively participate in the TPM initiatives as per role. Work with the team to achieve all the performance indicators and pillar/JH KPIs 13. Ensure the safety and well-being of self and all employees in the job and proactively address all safety concerns 14. Ensure that all the statutory norms are followed and coordinate audits like EHS, ISO-9001, ISO-14001,ISO 450001,ISO 50001 and address any non-conformance if any 15. Preferably acquainted with software like SAP, Computer Operation etc. Preferred candidate profile: Only candidates with B.tech/ B.E Electrical are preffered. NOTE- Mechanical students are not preferred.
