Job Title: Turner & Milling (Lathe & Milling Machine Operator) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Location: Ambad MIDC, Nashik Contact No - +91-9820976962, 7507788946 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Turner and Miller (Lathe & Milling Machine Operator) with at least 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining lathe machines. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading technical drawings, using precision measuring instruments, and machining metal components to specified tolerances. Key Responsibilities: Operate conventional lathe machines to produce precision metal parts. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Set up and adjust tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations. Perform turning, facing, threading, boring, and grooving operations. Inspect and measure finished workpieces using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Maintain and sharpen cutting tools as required. Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner or Lathe Machine Operator. Knowledge of different metals, machining techniques, and tooling. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. Experience using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. Familiarity with CNC lathe operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Education & Certifications: ITI / Diploma in Machining, Fitting, or a related field (preferred). Relevant technical training or apprenticeship experience.
