Role & responsibilities Maintaining Attendance, Preparing Quotation, Purchase Order and Proforma InvoiceProvide administrative assistance to the team as needed.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for various services such as delivery, dispatch, etc.Manage office administration tasks, including correspondence, emails, and phone calls.Preferred candidate profile Freshers preferred.0-3 years of experience in an office setting or related field.Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office) and email writing.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
