Job Type - Contract Commitment of hours - 20 hours per week We are looking for a "UA Manager for a mobile gaming domain. He/she will be helping to define Game player acquisition. He/She will be primarily focused on acquiring and retaining players by strategically managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels using data-driven insights and sophisticated software platforms. Key Roles Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition campaigns and strategies for our client s games, navigating diverse mobile channels like Facebook Ads, TikTok, Reddit, Google Ads and more. Develop long-term UA strategies, aligning them with our overall marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences and optimize acquisition channels Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for refining acquisition campaigns. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for all user acquisition efforts. Abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance UA tactics and stay ahead in the competitive gaming landscape. Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine and optimize creatives, messaging, and campaign performance. Work closely with the analytics team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success of user acquisition campaigns. Required Skills Experiences Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in business or related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in mobile gaming. Proven expertise in paid acquisition with a successful track record of implementing ROAS strategies. Familiarity with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads) and Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., Appsflyer). Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies and processes. Experience in influencer marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO). Proven track record of implementing innovative organic and viral tactics. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
