Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: ? Develop and execute a high-growth sales strategy to expand market share in the twowheeler OEM segment. ? Identify, engage, and secure long-term contracts with leading OEMs, ensuring consistent revenue growth. ? Leverage existing industry connections and networks to generate new business opportunities. ? Conduct competitor analysis and refine sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 2. Customer Relationship Management: ? Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in OEM companies. ? Ensure high customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. ? Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth execution of orders. 3. Marketing & Branding: ? Develop and implement modern marketing strategies, including digital marketing, branding, and PR, to enhance the companys market presence. ? Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with product development and customer expectations. ? Lead exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen the companys visibility and generate leads. 4. Sales Team Leadership & Development: ? Build and lead a high-performance sales and marketing team, ensuring clear targets and strong execution. ? Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to enhance their capabilities and drive business growth. ? Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize team performance. 5. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: ? Identify new market opportunities, including domestic and international expansion. ? Explore and develop strategic partnerships to increase sales channels and customer base. ?
