Job Details Job Details UcaaS Developer (Job Code: CHDUCAAS) 3- 5 Years Job Title: UCaaS Developer (WebRTC, Media Servers, Unified Communication) Position Overview: We are seeking a talented UCaaS Developer with a strong background in WebRTC-based communication solutions and media server management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating popular video conferencing platforms like Jitsi, Janus, or Zoom and expertise in backend development with Node.js. A deep understanding of Unified Communication (UC) platform integrations is essential. Key Responsibilities: WebRTC Development : Design and enhance WebRTC-based calling solutions using APIs from platforms such as Jitsi, Janus, Zoom, and others. Media Server Management : Collaborate with media servers to optimize real-time audio and video streaming, ensuring seamless communication experiences. Protocol Implementation : Develop and refine protocols like SIP, VoIP, and RTC to support smooth, high-quality communication. UCaaS Platform Integration : Integrate third-party UCaaS services (Twilio, Vonage, Microsoft Teams) into applications for enhanced functionality and performance. Scalable and Secure Applications : Build secure, scalable, and high-performance real-time communication applications, focusing on minimal latency and optimal bandwidth. Microservices Development : Create and maintain Node.js-based microservices for signaling, session management, and media control. Performance Optimization : Continuously improve system performance, focusing on low latency, high call quality, and resource efficiency. Security Practices : Implement industry-leading security measures, including encryption, authentication, and data protection for WebRTC communications. Troubleshooting and Support : Quickly diagnose and resolve real-time communication issues, particularly in fluctuating network conditions. Collaboration : Work closely with frontend teams to ensure seamless WebRTC integration across various platforms. Required Qualifications: WebRTC Media Server Expertise : 3+ years of experience in WebRTC development and working with media servers. Backend Development : Proficiency in backend technologies, especially Node.js, including API development and microservice architecture. Protocols Signaling : Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, STUN/TURN, ICE candidates, and signaling protocols. Real-Time Streaming : Hands-on experience with real-time streaming protocols like RTSP, RTP, HLS, and DASH. UCaaS Platform Integration : Familiarity with UCaaS platforms like Twilio, Vonage, or Microsoft Teams. Cloud Infrastructure : Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Networking Optimization : A solid understanding of networking principles, NAT traversal, and WebRTC optimization techniques. Security Awareness : A strong focus on implementing secure communication protocols, including encryption and data protection. Preferred Skills: AI Integration : Experience with AI-driven technologies like noise cancellation, echo reduction, or speech analytics to enhance call quality. Real-Time Messaging Systems : Familiarity with real-time messaging/chat systems. Cloud Media Server Deployment : Experience deploying media servers on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Event Handling : Proficiency with event-driven architectures, such as WebSockets or Socket.IO.
