Job Highlights:Hardware engineer is responsible for the hardware design, analysis, prototyping, and testing activities in a projectHW engineer shall work with cross functional team to realize the product and ensure all hardware requirements are met.Job Description/skills:Hardware engineer is responsible for Requirement capture, Architecture development, component selection, circuit design, circuit analysis, Schematic capture, PCB reviews, Board bring up, hardware testing and hardware documentation.Experience in Digital/analog circuit design, design analysis and testingExperience in 8/16/32bit controller/processor-based designs, controller selectionExperience in memory and peripheral interfaces(Memory, communication chips, camera), voltage compatibility analysis, pin allocation, power budgeting, etc.Schematic development experience using Altium or similar tools such as Orcad, Allegro etc. Experience in PCB reviews from SI/PI perspective and general best practices form EMI/EMC perspectiveExperience in board bring up, board level testing, functional testing and debugKnowledge on Hardware Development lifecycle, Knowledge and experience in software processes / quality methods (ASPICE, CMMI) preferredOther:Willing to travel to client location (India/Abroad) for short term / long term assignments.Project specific:Shall have experience in 32bit controller-based board bring up will be an advantageExperience in Smartfusion2 SOM based designs / ADSP 589 based board designs will be an advantage.
