UI / UX Designer

Job Description

Were a small, early-stage startup a founder and one full-stack developer building the MVP of a new SaaS product. We're looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join us part-time and help bring our product to life, one screen at a time. Availability & Working Style This is a part-time freelance role. Were not looking for someone to rush through designs or deliver on tight daily deadlines. Instead, we care deeply about clarity, polish, and good thinking behind each screen. Were looking for someone who: Is available consistently (even if for a few hours a day or week) Can engage in a thoughtful back-and-forth with the team Prefers getting it right over just getting it done What Youll Do Translate product ideas and flows into clean, well-structured Figma designs Improve on initial ideas and propose smarter UX patterns Design with developer-handoff in mind (organized layers, consistent spacing, reusable components) Collaborate with the founder and developer to think through user journeys and edge cases (Bonus) If you're comfortable: help with simple landing pages, promo creatives, or marketing visuals What Were Looking For 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design (freelance or in-house) Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems) Strong grasp of UX fundamentals and visual hierarchy Comfortable designing in a way that minimizes guesswork for developers Good communicator who can work from high-level guidance Bonus (Not Required) Experience designing marketing sites, landing pages, or ad creatives Some familiarity with frontend concepts (HTML/CSS) is a plus Location- Remote,Delhi NCR,Bengaluru,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad How to Apply Please email jobs@namektechnologies.com with the subject line: UI UX Designer Application No resume required.
