We are seeking a talented and creative UI UX/ Graphic Designer to join our team at Uffizio. As a UI UX/ Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and requirements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for iterative design improvements. Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, etc. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with [mention any specific technologies or platforms relevant to your projects, e.g., mobile app development, responsive web design, etc.]. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience in designing for SaaS products or enterprise software.
