Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced RPA UiPath Developer Lead to design, develop, and lead automation projects using UiPath. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of RPA developers, ensuring the successful delivery of automation solutions, and driving process improvements across the organization. Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field Experience 7+ years of experience in RPA development , with a minimum of 5+ years using UiPath Proven experience leading RPA development teams and managing end-to-end automation projects Technical Skills Proficiency in UiPath Studio , UiPath Orchestrator , and other UiPath platform components Expertise in developing reusable components , performing code reviews , and maintaining code quality Strong understanding of workflow design , exception handling , and error resolution Experience with programming languages like .NET , C# , VB.NET , or Python (a plus) Familiarity with APIs , REST , and web services integrations Leadership & Communication Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating technical teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Certifications (Preferred) UiPath Developer Advanced Certification PMP or Agile Project Management Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
