Job Title : UI Designer - Ed Tech (Social Impact) Company : ConveGenius Digital India Services Pvt Ltd Location : Hyderabad/NCR, India Overview : At ConveGenius, we are on a mission to democratise education and knowledge services for the masses. We are seeking a talented and passionate UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to transform user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging designs. As the UI designer, youll lead the charge in designing and optimising user-centric products (primarily SwiftChat ) and experiences. SwiftChat is an ecosystem of chatbots and mini-apps, with over 1.5M app downloads on Play Store and over 150M+ user profiles across states . Responsibilities : Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create high-quality interface designs for mobile and web applications. Translate user requirements and wireframes into visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Develop and maintain UI design standards, guidelines, and best practices. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user interactions. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to enhance the user experience. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas. Ensure consistency and coherence of design elements across various platforms. Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application designs. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop; and experience with prototyping tools. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferable additional qualifications : Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
