About the Role We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling. This role demands a hands-on creative technologist with a sharp eye for design, solid web development skills, and a passion for building stunning user experiences. You’ll be responsible for crafting visually striking mockups and clickable prototypes in Figma, and translating those into polished front-end experiences. You’ll also help shape product demos, Proof of Concept (POC) assets, and presentations that clearly articulate ideas and bring them to life. Key Responsibilities Figma Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs and clickable prototypes for web and mobile applications. Web Development: Convert Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS/JS front-end implementations. (React/Vue is a plus.) Graphics Design: Design visually compelling graphics, infographics, and UI elements. Image Editing: Use tools like Photoshop or Canva to refine and prepare images for digital use. Video Creation & Editing: Create product explainer videos, UI walkthroughs, and marketing clips using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar. POC & Demo Script Creation: Collaborate with product and sales teams to build mock experiences and interactive demos for presentations or client pitches. Presentation Design: Create professional presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote with polished visuals and engaging content flow. Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive and compelling experiences. Required Skills Figma (Advanced) – Design systems, components, prototyping. HTML/CSS/JS (Basic to Intermediate) – For converting designs into functioning front-end pages. Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma Plugins – For image and video editing. Presentation Tools – PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote. Video Editing Tools – Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or alternatives like Descript, Camtasia. Strong Aesthetic Sense – Typography, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling. Communication & Presentation – Ability to present and explain design decisions and POC demos to clients or internal teams.
