Job Title: UI/UX Designer (1-4 Years Experience) Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time About Us: At HSM Edifice , we're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to create user-friendly designs. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual mockups for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems and UI style guides. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products. Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies. Assist in the development of user flows and journey mapping to enhance the user experience. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in web and mobile platforms. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of user-centered design principles and processes. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. A portfolio demonstrating your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
