Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Company Overview: We are a software company based in Trivandrum, Kerala, dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences. Role Summary: We’re looking for a formally trained UI/UX Designer with a strong grasp of user-centered design principles. The ideal candidate is someone who can turn complex requirements into intuitive and accessible interfaces and who values methodical, principles-based design thinking. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and accessible UI for both web and mobile platforms Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design iterations Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools and technologies Deliver comprehensive specifications and assets for development teams Required Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Strong grasp of design fundamentals: color theory, typography, layout, and hierarchy Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator A portfolio that showcases your design process—not just final visuals Understanding of information architecture and user-centered design Experience designing responsive layouts for both desktop and mobile Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience Familiarity with HTML/CSS for understanding development limitations Experience in conducting user research and usability tests Knowledge of design thinking frameworks and agile work environments What Sets You Apart: We highly value designers who apply formal training and rigorous design thinking to their work.
