Experience : 3-5 years Location : Gurugram Roles and Responsibilities User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Develop personas, journey maps, and experience maps. Enterprise-Level Design: Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, information architecture diagrams, mental models, usability testing stimulus, and user journey maps. Design & Prototyping: Develop functional and visually compelling designs using Figma while ensuring consistency across products. Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to improve user experience. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business and technical requirements. Design Systems & Accessibility: Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring accessibility compliance and UX best practices. Project & Time Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, follow directions, and deliver results independently and collaboratively. Industry Best Practices: Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance the design process. What Were Looking For: Mandatory Skills Design Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (mandatory), plus familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, UXPin, or Balsamiq. Enterprise Design Experience: Proven ability to create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, user journey maps, mental models, and usability testing artifacts . Research & Testing: Experience in user research methodologies, usability testing, and heuristic analysis . Technical Awareness: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript capabilities and constraints to collaborate effectively with developers. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, documentation, and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly. Project Management: Ability to independently manage multiple projects , prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Experience & Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise product design . Education: Strong foundation in user-cantered design (UCD), human-computer interaction (HCI), visual or graphic/web design . Portfolio: Strong portfolio with case studies showcasing a balance of UX and visual design expertise , industry trends, and tool usage.
