UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX designer to join our growing team at Unicrop Biochem . You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding user experience through intuitive and visually appealing interface designs. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the design. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables). Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness). Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components. Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , usability, and accessibility. Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to life. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills and design thinking.
