Job descriptionJob Title: UI/UX DesignerWorking Hours - FlexibleWorking Days - Mon - Fri Job Overview:We are looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a keen eye for design, creativity, and an understanding of user needs.Key Responsibilities:User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and functional UI designs, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.User Experience Design: Develop and optimize the overall user experience, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.Wireframing & Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes and wireframes to validate ideas and user flows.User Testing: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on real user interactions.Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across all design elements.Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive research, usability testing, and user interviews to gather insights and enhance designs.Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and contribute innovative ideas to the team.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (portfolio required).Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes (optional but a plus).Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail with an ability to deliver high-quality designs on time.Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with motion design or animation.Knowledge of Agile development and design sprints.Experience in designing for mobile-first or responsive web design.Familiarity with design systems and design tokens.
