Job Description

We are urgently hiring a UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 2-6 years of experience for our company located in Benachity, Durgapur. The candidate should be a graduate with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma for creating UI/UX designs for websites and apps. Responsibilities: - Develop creative concepts for various design projects including logos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web pages. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. - Take ownership of design projects from ideation to production, including creating sketches, wireframes, and prototypes, conducting user research and testing, and presenting design concepts for feedback and approval. - Innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work efficiently. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. - Work with content and creative teams to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
