Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Ahmedabad We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Ui/Ux design, graphic design, and print media design to craft seamless and visually engaging experiences for websites, digital platforms, and print materials. You will work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure successful design implementation across multiple mediums. Responsibilities: Ui/Ux Design Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites and digital platforms, ensuring adherence to user-centered design principles. Develop high-fidelity prototypes and iterate based on client and user feedback. Graphic Design Create engaging graphic design elements such as logos, social media creatives, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency. Design high-quality print media materials, including brochures, flyers, and packaging, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication. Collaboration Implementation Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful execution of design concepts. Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to cross-functional teams and clients. Process Improvement Documentation Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful execution of design concepts. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Desired Skills: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Ui/Ux + Graphics Designer, with exposure to print media design. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and accessibility for both digital and print media. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UI (e.g., app/website interfaces) and graphic design (e.g., branding, marketing materials). Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and grid systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to conduct thorough user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify design challenges and devise effective solutions. Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate and align with project managers, developers, and clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry advancements in both digital and print media.
