Job Description

Role & responsibilities User Research: Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors. Help in developing user personas, task flows, and information architecture. Support the team in analyzing user feedback to refine design ideas. Concept Development: Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Develop creative ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions. User Interface Design: Design visually engaging and consistent UI elements under guidance. Work on ensuring adherence to design guidelines and best practices. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members and developers to align design solutions with project goals. Present your ideas and designs to the team for feedback and iteration. Prototyping: Support the creation of interactive prototypes for testing. Learning and Development: Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance your skills. Learn and apply new concepts, techniques, and methodologies in UI/UX design. Preferred candidate profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma. Understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography. A strong interest in UX/UI design and a desire to learn and grow. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Eagerness to take feedback constructively and work towards improvement. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
