Job Description: UK IT Recruiter Experience: Freshers (Preferably MALE Candidates) Work Timing: 12:30 PM - 9:30PM Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore Role & responsibilities Understand client requirements and job specifications for UK-based roles. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Provide guidance to candidates on the hiring process, interview tips, and documentation requirements Preferred candidate profile Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment. Bachelors degree in any field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
