Job Title: Junior UK/EU IT Recruiter Experience: 0.6 - 2 Years Location: Hyderabad/Vijayawada Shift: UK Shift (1.30pm - 10pm) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a Junior UK/EU IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for UK-based clients. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the UK/EU IT staffing industry . Key Responsibilities: Source and screen IT candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), referrals, and networking . Understand job descriptions and technical requirements to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain relationships with candidates and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process. Work closely with the recruitment team and managers to meet hiring targets. Ensure compliance with US recruitment policies, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, TN Visa, etc.) . Requirements: 0.6 - 2 years of experience in US/UK/EU IT recruitment . Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations . Strong knowledge of IT skills and technologies. Experience using ATS and job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work in UK shifts (1.30pm - 10pm) .
