Formatting and Editing: Ensure that reports are properly formatted, organized, and free of typographical errors. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of ultrasound reports. Patient Documentation: Handle patient documentation related to ultrasound procedures. Qualifications: Experience: Some positions may require 1-2 years of experience in report typing, particularly for radiology departments. Skills: Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with medical terminology are essential. While not always mandatory, a medical transcription certificate or course may be an advantage.
