Oversee end-to-end project execution for Villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution. • Ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications. • Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction. • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review. • Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals.

• Design Development: Lead the creation and development of architectural concepts, ensuring designs meet client specifications, functional requirements, and aesthetic goals. • Project Management: Oversee the design process from conceptualization through to project completion, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with building codes and regulations. • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide architectural solutions that align with their vision, preferences, and budget. • Technical Drawing & Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural plans, technical drawings, and specifications for construction, using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. • Code & Regulations Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, accessibility standards, and environmental regulations. • Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise the work of junior architects, designers, and consultants to ensure high-quality output and timely project delivery. • Budget & Timeline Management: Assist in preparing project budgets and timelines, ensuring that resources are effectively managed and projects are completed within the agreed-upon schedule. • Sustainability & Innovation: Promote sustainable design practices, energy-efficient solutions, and cutting-edge technologies in building design. • Client Presentations: Prepare and present architectural designs, models, and proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions. • Collaboration with Contractors & Engineers: Collaborate with design consultants, construction teams, engineers, and other specialists to ensure the practical implementation of design concepts and resolve technical issues during construction.

• Provide excellent customer experience from first contact. • Issuing Welcome letters, Allotment letters, Payment Plan, Demand letters, Receipts & Other post sale documents to customers. • Ensure timely payment collection from customers. • Ensuring Reconciliation of customer accounts, payment follow ups with the customers. • Conduct site visits on schedule, to ensure work on site is progressing as per communication to clients. • Solving customers queries over the phone or through emails. • Sending payment reminders to the customers. • lHandling Registration process. • Assisting customers for site visits for technical queries. • Handle customization request of clients if any. • Co-ordination with concerned departments and give clearance for the payment received against modification and inform the same. • Preparation of modified drawing and issue the same to site engineer. • Maintain customer complaint register and all documents relevant to handing over. • Involve in takeover from the operations team and handover to the customers • Maintenance of ISO related Files.
