Job DescriptionJob Title: - Techno Commercial EngineerEducation qualifications: - BE Mechanical / Aerospace or Diploma in MechanicalJob Location: - DevanahalliRoles Profile & responsibility: -Understand the customer requirements, Create Scope of work for respective RFQ.Understand the feasibility and risk with reference to existing capability & skill set, by Creating Master data sheet for specific parts with all the details.Knowledge of portal access methods and able to find a solution for safe downloading of inputs.Quick method of creating report / summary for RFQ studyDrawing reading, Specification reading for Aerospace and interpreting the details for Quotation.Seek quotation from supplier for RM, Special process, understand the complexity of work scope, get the purchase items cost for RFQ parts.Aerospace material availability and effect of specific series of RM to understand the complexity of manufacturing lead time.Should have knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, should be aware of different processes of manufacturing cost calculation. Able to understand effective utilization of machines with right machine hours calculation.Creating RFQ Solutions with Knowledge of various machines working principle understanding.Create high level process planning for quotation.Calculate the Cycle time for parts, setup time and understand the GD&T achieving feasibility with reference to current capacity, Should be able to recommend the machine required for specific parts of RFQ. Understand the different cost elements of part to know what the ROI will with will be timeline to specific batch qty.Calculating Non-recurring engineering cost for specific part and for whole package.Manage Time and Cost effectively and need to maintain good communication with everyone.Should be able to do technical solutions to customer requirements with good approach of can-do attitude.Do market analysis and understand existing similar part family done in house for quotation. Technical Requirements: - Knowledge on AS standards, AS 9001 Rev-DGood in Problem solving technique.Understanding of Manufacturing Process, Special process, Assembly Process of Aerospace parts. Knowledge of Project Management (PMBOK)Aerospace part process knowledge Supplier management knowledge & follow-upComputer skill (MS word, Excel, Power point)Knowledge of Commercial angle and involved cost implications.
