Role & responsibilities : Key Responsibilities :Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful project delivery.Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Estimation and Tendering: Prepare and review project estimates, tenders, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.Analytics and Reporting: Analyse project performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.Team Management: Lead & manage a team of project managers, engineers and other support staff to ensure effective project delivery.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external stakeholders, including architects, contractors and government agencies, to ensure smooth project execution.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and environmental policies. Preferred candidate profile :Male, Age 50 +/-We are seeking an experienced person to lead our project management team in Durgapur, West Bengal.
