Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand commercial insurance operations and achieve revenue targets. • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to develop actionable insights. • Market Penetration: Reach commercial enterprises directly and through referrals to drive sales performance and market penetration • Team Leadership: create and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. Develop and expand the marketing and client servicing team in alignment with business growth • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to accelerate growth. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction. • Claims Management: Oversee claims servicing, including claims management and resolution, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices. • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency. • Reporting: Present business reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate in any stream, insurance qualified. • Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in the insurance industry in Business Development, demonstrating a strong track record of client acquisition and revenue generation. • Skills: Expertise in client retention, negotiation, and stakeholder management; proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving business goals; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
