Role & responsibilities :- Oversee and manage the entire plant operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Ensure smooth functioning of Production, Quality Assurance, ETP, Maintenance, and Logistics. Drive process improvements and implement best industry practices. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Optimize resource utilization and cost control measures. Liaise with senior management for strategic planning and execution. Preferred candidate profile :- Must have prior experience in Paper & Boards manufacturing. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large teams and drive performance. Expertise in handling plant operations, process optimization, and compliance.
