Department : Unit Head and Production Position Location: Plant Job Title Unit Head / Production Head Reporting to (Designation) CEO/Director Total workforce handled Purchase, ETP, Maintenance, Stores, Safety, Logistics departments workforce, All Production Span of coordination: Internal: Purchase, ETP, Maintenance, Stores, Safety, Logistics departments, Production External coordination – Respective government departments / authorities. Educational Qualification: Chemical Engineer /M.Sc Chemistry Experience: 20 years and out of minimum 05 Years as Unit Head/ Factory Manager/GM. Skills: Should have activeness, attentiveness and a responsible attitude. Key Responsibilities: 1) Being accountable for essential resources for uninterrupted production and achieving production targets. 2) Managing yield ratio for various products 3) Managing PPC functions [Production Planning and Control] in accordance with company’s target 4) Managing legal and regulatory compliances and liaison with respective government departments / authorities. 5) Driving the saving projects to reduce expenses and energy consumption 6) Budgeting, installation, performance evaluation of Capital equipment 7) Manage Purchase, ETP, Maintenance, Stores, Safety, Logistics departments 8) Write, manage and assist in audit of SOPs [managing cost, quality, time and people] 9) Managing wellbeing, Training & Development of team members 10) Proactively plan and suggest enhancements/ maintenance for production infrastructure 11) Assisting HR team in hiring, managing and motivating team members 12) Implementing, auditing and Maintaining ISO and other standards 13) Managing customer complaints, take corrective actions and communicate to clients 14) Review of reports received from plant and take corrective steps 15) Review of audit report of plant Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How many Year of experience in Dyes and Pigments ?
