JOB DESCRIPTION OF MANAGER - HR Manpower planning and staff analysis. Recruitment of new employee. Putting up letters of appointments of all personnel except Consultants for issuing appointment orders, confirmation letters and acceptance of resignation. Specific Authorities / Privileges Indent of Stationary Short listing of CVs Conducting interviews Signing of Monthly attendance advise on behalf of HR Salary Negotiating EXPERIENCE PROFILE Experience More than 10 years of experience Formal Qualifications Graduation , MBA - HR Technical Competencies Well versed with MS Office i.e. Excel, word etc.
