An experienced Hydraulic Application Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in providing technical support (product, solution, solve customer problems) to mobile hydraulics, industrial, off highway customers OEMs, End Users, Channel Partners.Role & responsibilities :To be responsible for managing technical relations with Customers OEMs, End Users, Channel PartnersContribute to opportunity generation, development, and implementation of customized product solutions To perform Application Reviews on machines & equipmentWork on customer key pain areas and develop solutions that can improve performance and result in business Obtain customer’s product approvals in line with proposals, drawings, sample submitted and completed sample testsMonitor customer approval tests conducted on samples at customer’s premises/installationsMaintain close relationships with customer’s engineering /technical departmentTo share technical requirements and common trend in the market to product development to steer new designsMonitor competitor activities in respect of products and technical developmentTo attend to field service technical complaints To perform root cause analysis of product related problems & resolve complaints conclusively at customersTo develop and execute external technical trainings Desired profile:Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field.
