The role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple financial data points. Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain the accounts sheet with Profit & Loss (P&L) information. Record G-Pay transactions regularly and ensure accuracy. Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy reference and audits. Record and summarize inauguration expenses across locations. Ensure daily revenue deposits are accurately recorded against collections. Distribute and update petty cash across centers while maintaining a petty cash summary. Process salary payments for all centers and update salary UTR information in records. Compile a summary of expenses for all centers and process payments accordingly. Process and approve monthly payments for: Electricity bills, Water bills, Ceiling material bills, Equipment and maintenance bills (machine repairs, CCTV installation, etc.), Stationery, coupon printing, printer rolls, paper, and plastic back covers Ensure payments are properly reviewed, approved, and processed in a timely manner. Prepare and send the P&L sheet, scanned bills, and monthly financial summaries of all centers to United Way. Take up other additional responsibilities as and when required. Profile Requisites: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management. Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and digital payment platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial transactions. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience working in a multi-center or multi-branch finance role. Familiarity with compliance and auditing processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured financial environment, ensures accuracy in financial reporting, and is comfortable handling various payment processes.
