Key Responsibilities: Develop immersive XR applications using Unity (AR/VR/MR) for various platforms. Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements and finalize the scope of work . Work with a team of developers, designers, and artists to deliver high-quality projects. Optimize XR applications for performance, usability, and interactivity. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance development processes. Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges related to XR development. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging XR technologies. Knowledge of Unreal Engine is a plus for cross-platform development. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in Unity development with a focus on XR applications . Proficiency in C# programming and Unitys XR toolkits (AR Foundation, XR Interaction Toolkit). Strong communication skills to interact with customers and refine project scope. Ability to work in a team , contribute ideas, and assist in solving complex technical problems . Experience with AI-driven development workflows to improve efficiency. Understanding of performance optimization techniques for mobile and standalone XR applications. Familiarity with networking and multiplayer features in Unity XR (optional but a plus).
