Knowledge of Statistics with post-graduation in Computer Science or allied domains is mandatory . As a faculty of Universal Ai University/ Company, your role would be to provide necessary support in the curriculum planning and development, implementation of the Universal Ai University/ company innovative Academic Delivery Model, academic administration, Supporting students in Skills training, internships, Live Projects (Winter / Spring), Placements and ensuring readiness for Accreditation - AACSB / NBA. As Faculty for the marketing function, you will keep yourself fully immersed in the subjects taught by you. Undertake a literature search in respect of subjects taught by you, in terms of breadth and depth of knowledge, about your area of study. Develop a repertoire of Case Studies / Video Clips, which you can use for your teaching. You will be required to teach between 12-15 hours per week for the PG/UG programs. As an Experiential Learning B-school, you will need to ensure that you employ innovative experiential learning tools and immersive learning tools to ensure the highest levels of student engagement and satisfaction. Your Session plan and slide presentations should be available to your students, in the University/Company on Learning Management System (LMS) and your lectures in video format, will also be used for our online learning on the LMS. You will administer summative assessments like Quizzes, Presentations, Open Book Test, Book Reviews so that students are aware of what they have absorbed with results published within 24 hours on the LMS. You will be required to follow the Module Descriptor of the Module you are teaching in all respects. For teaching to our international programs, you will need to get familiar with the processes to get Assignments / Projects / Examination papers approved by the Course Tutor of our Partner university in advance of the Academic calendar. Similarly, you must become familiar about the training / Evaluation processes, of our Partner University ensuring the corrected assessments meet the deadlines of submission in time for the respective Exam Boards. Whenever you give Assignments / Projects, you must ensure that the students, incorporate into their assignments, some Field Work / Research, so that they are not able to get away, only by working in the Library. You will guide the students about the Harvard Referencing method, so that they duly acknowledge /attribute the borrowed ideas they utilize in their Assignments / Project Reports / Dissertation, to their true sources. All assignments will be accepted after the students use Turn-it-in as the case might be to minimize plagiarism. You will ensure that the complete course file for each module is submitted to the Accreditation Office based on the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and international Accreditation norms like AACSB/AMBA/SAQS etc. Student achievement scores across Course Outcomes mapped.
