Job description : Key Responsibilities: Inbound Sales Management Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our solutions. Effectively handle initial product/service consultations and product demonstrations. Nurture relationships with prospective customers and manage the sales pipeline. Convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities, ensuring all potential is maximized. Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification through to closing, includin negotiations and contract management. Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of the client. Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and long-term satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the business. Market Knowledge Strategy Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics across APAC, US, and Europe regions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates. Utilize analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the sales approach. MBA/ PGDBM (Mandatory) Technical Background (BE/BTech or equivalent) 1 to 4 years of experience in inbound sales, ideally with a background in a B2B environment. Experience working with international markets, particularly in APAC, US, and Europe regions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience working in SaaS or technology sales.
